Hawaii's Wetlands

Wetland's are special places in the landscape, but somewhat mysterious to most people. Wetland basics are pretty much the same in Hawai`i as anywhere else, but many of the details differ from almost any other region of the United States.

This web site is dedicated to exploring those differences, while providing basic information and useful links to the extensive wetland information sources on the World Wide Web. CPIE invites collaboration with dedicated and talented people interested in promoting wetlands study in Hawai`i.
